Eforms has been taken down. No update on when it's supposed to come back up, if at all. Submitted eforms will be processed. Anything that was in a draft status needs to be submitted with paperforms. All new forms will be submitted via paper as well.

    Fun.

Now the game is, do you wait for eforms to come back up and hope it's only a short time or do you go ahead and file with paper forms knowing it's going to take a year?

Got a letter today from the ATF.

It appears that Eforms is going to be back online this week but at a diminished capacity. They're going to allow the lesser used forms to be filed initially with the ultimate goal of getting Form 3 and 4 back to being efiled. From the letter, it would seem to be several weeks out for the Form 3/4 submissions.

Will post the letter when I can get home.

Well... I did not want to get caught short as far as my Trust is concerned so last week I just said to heck with it and paper filed for my SRB and can. In the grand scheme of things, the additional time won't matter...
