Box is 20. The only other real load I can do is the 300 FTX, the problem with that is that the min charge is 42. Not sure I wanna load that much powder just yet.
Got some good loads for you snow, don't worry.

    Thanks Chris,
    Actually:
    Did 5 @ 7
    Did 5 @ 8
    Did 5 @ 9
    Did 5 @ 10

Should expose any issues as long as I'm observant. The loads with real powder should be much much easier to load with the powder thrower.

Probably Thursday, Snow and Champ should be coming too. The more, the merrier. Plus, I get another witness of Snow's beating. ;)

IT'll be a shame if the north wins the war between the states AGAIN. Saw your new gun on another thread. Nice. Looks like you are going to bring a whole truck load of guns. Do you know how to use them LOL I think I will bring an old fasion one. It has a WOOD STOCK.

Think I will bring the BDL I bought last summer and only have shot it 9 times. It's a 30/06. If there are any GOOD rifle shooters coming they can shoot it for me and see if it is good shooter or not. I have about 3 diffrent weight boolits if memory serves me. See how the thing does.

Shot the 300 grain FTXs through the 4" today, at Oak Ridge, which let's me shoot 50's anytime I want.

    OH MY GOD, THE FIREBALLS!!!

    I'm in love!!!

Good thing I have the very same projectiles. Time to load some up.
The Lee and Lyman manuals were useless as far as load data, but
I think 42 grains of H110 is a good starting point.

Dan have you tried any slow fire double action yet with either one of those cannons . A good vid to watch is the one with the guy that shoots for Smith and Wesson. Scares Me.

    Jerry Miculek?
DA, yes, don't care for it. The action is VERY heavy, as it should be to avoid double taps, so accuracy suffers and my grip doesn't feel nearly as solid.

I can understand that. Saw a double tap on a vid and it didn't look like alot of fun.

I did it once, a while backwhen I first started shooting 50's. Platinum tips (at the time, they were the most powerful factory loading in terms of muzzle energy) out of the 10.5" Performance Center gun, they have much lighter triggers. You hardly notice it happening except for the two bangs. Both rounds went on target though. I usually load one round at a time for several rounds with any new type of ammo to avoid any surprises.
