I have a different way to tumble stuff as I'm into metal detecting and most coins look like crap after a while in the ground...will do some experiments with brass and report back. I have tumbled coins for at least five yrs now...I do have the HF tumbler and also a similar sized Thumbler's Tumbler...for the money spent on the HF model, it cannot be beat imho...

I've been looking to get into reloading on the cheap. I'm going to check out that Harbor Freight tumbler. Thanks for posting.

Picked up a twin drum yesterday at Harbor Frieght. Used a 20% discount and it ran right at $50. Happy with my purchase.

I've been getting back into reloading since I started shooting more 45; definitely something I'll look at.

At the end of the OP video there was also a Jerry Miculek brass cleaning video. I like his setup, if I only had enough brass to process it like this. :)

Posthuman gold is way too soft to tumble with SS pins. There might be other media you could use.
