    I'm a big fan of flutes, but being that the barrel is covered in its entirety, it made no sense, plus the little bit of extra weight helps keep it flat.
    I had the Glock mag version, but I'm not a Glock shooter, so I sold it and ordered the Beretta version the day it was announced.
    AR9 is by far the most fun platform I've ever owned, and running USPSA with it is an absolute blast. I can't wait to get back out there.

    A dedicated 9mm AR platform is on my want list but honestly have not been impressed with what is available but DAMN I am now!

    DUSSELDORF, Germany, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Germany's Rheinmetall and Austria's Steyr Mannlicher have partnered to manufacture and market a new and modular military assault rifle.
    The RS556 -- 5.56x45 mm -- is based on Steyr Mannlicher's STM556, which Steyr Mannlicher first unveiled in 2012. It fires NATO's standard 5.56 mm roun

    They have smelled blood in the water since problems with the H&K G36 were confirmed. Germany canceled €36 Mil contract for more rifles, H&K sued and WON, It also didn't help when Germany got a black eye from H&Ks unauthorized firearm deals.

    I'm running a YHM Cobra on a 16 inch colt my go to load is 2.9 grains of 700X with a 125 grain hornady HAP hollow point I believe it quieter than a 22 LR subsonic using the same can.
