My grandparents used to have a large cabin in the mountains outside of this old mining town in Idaho.
It was a amazing place to go when we were kids. They had a garage full of 4wheelers, and snow machines that we would take out as soon as the sun came up and be gone all day in the mountains.
Its turned into a tourist town now and they have all the fun trails that lead to the old mines and old processing buildings blocked off now, which is smart so people don't get hurt, but not nearly as fun.

My "computer room" faces Highway 90 and yesterday and today I've been seeing alot of military vehicles, some Humvees but mostly covered and uncovered troop trucks, heading east. In convoys of between 2-4 vehicles each I counted about 20 yesterday and eight so far today.

Wonder where they're going, up to South Carolina to help with the floods... or staging for Operation Cobalt.:tinfoil3:

Grandsons had breakfast, got them dressed and to school on time now I'm going to see if I can get an hours sleep as I've been up for several hours and this afternoon and weekend look to be a busy ones.

Buy what you need asap, potus just announced he is going around congress on gun control, I believe ammo will be a key component as well as mag capacity and AR style weapons!

Saw this yesterday. Train was about 25 minutes long all military vehicles and equipment.

I see those rolling through here about once a week for quite a while now.

Had a short day at work today, was planning on coming home and continuing a class I need to take to advance on my work license but I made a sandwich and turned on Netflix by mistake.
I'm a little to comfy to be bothered now.

When he does the lawsuits will start. I swear the man is more and more like a dictator. And he was shoved down our throats by the big cities (or is it shoved up???)

Lawsuits will not help you and me when dictates background checks and an FFL to do every gun transfer, I am betting in a lot of places FFL fees will go up.

Saw on the news at noon that someone stold the WHOLE DAMN GUN SAFE from a home in Foley. Showed a picture of the safe and said it weight 1000 pounds. That took a crew to get it out. Walked right past high dollar stuff.

You can move a pretty massive safe out of a house with a dolly and 2 guys in just a few minutes really.
They need to be bolted through the foundation to be really secure.

Sadly enough.....We will be seeing more and more of this type thing as time goes by......You can't stop those Bastards if they are determined to take yo stuff !!!

About the only thing we can do is to install some sort of GPS tracking device...if that is possible for certain things.
