Yes sir , that was a failed attempt at humor. Adjusters tend to want to settle if they think there might be a lawsuit. I don't blame you for wanting oem parts. That's what you had before she hit you. You are just asking to be made whole again. One thing though have you considered the fact that your truck is worth less now than before it was wrecked. It is for a fact and carfax has a record of it. You should be compensated for the deference in the value of a repaired truck as compared to a unrepaired one. Just my 5 cents worth.

Yep, I've already been doing research on filing a Diminished Value Claim once the truck is repaired. I'm pretty sure that there is some frame damage, since the truck is out of alignment right now.

I'd be willing to trade trucks...straight up, after repairs of course. ;)

Fortunately they were only a little sore the night of the wreck. I felt fine by the next morning.

I can see them hurting real bad if they try to screw you over
Not saying you would pull something shady but sometimes an injury won’t show right off

I don't think looking out the window to see this sort of stuff will ever get old.

Was out washing one of our cars on Saturday and looked up and there was a decent size 8 point just sitting there watching me. It was pretty cool too.

Yep ,I'm 2 hours away from you and I can tell your neck and back are starting to hurt.

I think he needs a specialist too...and a psych doctor, to help with the nightmares....

    ptsd perhaps ?

Just got a call from the body shop. It turns out that my rear passenger leave spring and wheel were both bent in the wreck. The frame is mostly fine, but it sounded like the hitch receiver was bent slightly. He said they'll check the axle once they get the new wheel in.

Went to court this morning for a permanent custody hearing. We were granted full custody of our grandsons with their mom getting supervised visitation while dad ( our son)has unsupervised visitation
So thankful this is done for now

I will be so glad tomorrow when I can finally get headed home to the panhandle. I’ve never liked south Florida and every time I come down here it just reminds me of why.

I hate S. Florida too. My mother lives down there. I tell her she lives in Hell, it's hot and crowded!

I’ve heard about how cold it’s going to be tonight and just had to laugh, 50 degrees is not cold but they are breaking out jackets in Sarasota
