Why not look into Tiny Homes? Prebuilt, not very expensive and they are basically pulled in on a trailer frame built as part of the Tiny Home. I image the permits for that are a lot less since you aren't building it from the ground up.
Didn't realize there were so many different kinds of Fuyu Persimmon trees. Now I'm going to have to figure out what kind the farm grows that we buy they from.
I just started building a mini orchard in my yard this year. I've planted 3 blueberries, 3 blackberries, 3 mulberries, 1 crab apple, 1 apple, 2 plum, 1 olive and 1 fig. I'm trying to find a couple fuyu persimmon since my wife loves them!
Well Tuesday sure was a nice all day soaking rain, ended up with 1.5" total! Last weekend I put my sunflowers and sweet corn in the ground so good timing on the rain! Some nice warm weather coming up should give the gardens a boost!
Nice @Rebel_Rider1969, we bought our house last year and this past month I've planted a Plum, Fig, Olive, Crab Apple, and Apple tree to create a small orchard in my backyard. I still want to find a couple of Fuyu Persimmon since my wife loves the fruit of those!
