As tennjeep said, the pressure of competition quickly exposes flaws in my technique & equipment. It reinforces the importance of executing the fundamentals properly & consistently. When I want to learn to defend myself in real-world situations I take a training class from a reputable instructor.
I'm interested, but not sure if the barrel I want to use will work with a magnum chamber. I'm out of town at the moment. Perhaps we can meet when you're available in a couple of weeks.
