      According to Uberti site it is Nickel Plating not stainless.

      I stand corrected. If you google the cat # it is the target model. Rear sight appears to be adjustable. Cat # 1539.

      Does not look like target sights. So, safe bet is it is not a target model. I did not write the catalog number. Your guess is as good as mine.
