Currently, internal carriage of the F-35 is limited to 2 X JDAM + 2 X AMRAAM. Testing is underway to expand the selection of internally carried weapons, especially the tri-mode seeker SDB II, which itself is moving from Developmental Test to Operational Test after its current round of Government Confidence Tests.
While this internal carriage is quite limited in the low-observable configuration, remember that after the first few days of the war when SEAD/DEAD has been accomplished, the wing pylons go on and the F-35 becomes just another bomb truck.
Incidentally, the Shrike was was phased out by the U.S. in 1992, and has been superseded by the AGM-88 HARM missile.
