Just too many to mention. As far as getting the blood flowing for me, I just love hard driving music, from metal to progressive, grunge, ska, zydeco, hard blues, too many choices. I just pick a genre, go to that channel on youtube or Sirius and jam. Tonight I'm running through Soundgarden, Live, Offspring and Blind Melon's greater hits tracks.

I have a psychological block on most 70s-80's rock and roll. I can occasionally do Zep, AC/DC and he like but those just weren't good times for me and it all brings back bad memories. I'm not saying those guys weren't the best, just saying i dont need reminders. It sucks because that's what I grew up with but.......

Speaking of chair dancing! Just heard this on sat radio, first time in a while and it reminded me of when momma and I were dating. This is the kind of stuff we would dance to till the bar closed. We would even bust a move in the middle of the day when it or similar came on in the house. I still do but momma "grew up".
