MPSA at vinegar bend today. always a great match! couple of new shooters, looking a little nervous at first. ( I remember all too well). All smiles shortly into the match. I have been practicing both live and dry fire. Really starting to payoff and reflect in my scoring. 16th overall and 1st in my division. 65%. score was consistent across all 6 stages. don't get me wrong, I am old and slow. But , I was inspired today by a master class shooter bigger than me. Running and gunning like a freight train! (I have a lot of work to put in.)
I hate to repeat my self but, if you have always wanted to shoot uspsa......this is a great place to do it. first class great people, safe, well run, in a non intimidating way. I had a holster issue on the first stage. The RO made a point, every stage. To visually make shore my holster lock engaged, so I would not get DQed. thanks again to ed and the crew.
